  • Unless otherwise stipulated, all prices quoted are in Euros. All prices quoted are exclusive of, but subject to, prevailing taxes, which will be applied at the time of payment.
  • Full payment is required to complete registration. ​Registrations are only successful if there is a confirmation email.
  • If you wish to substitute a participant, please inform the organisers at pointzeroforum@gftn.com at least 2 weeks before the event commences. Substitution requests are subject to the organisers’ approval. No refunds shall be made for cancellations and/or non-attendance.
  • The organisers may add, withdraw, reschedule, substitute or vary programmes, times, venues, or capacity without any notice, refund or compensation.
  • Participants attend the event at their own risk and voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event. To the fullest extent under law, the organisers are not responsible and do not accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss, accident, damage, personal injury, death or health issues, in relation to or in connection with such attendance of the event.
